All the staff are super friendly and they have been very helpful with my dog, a 10 year old doodle. Dr Fantom is always friendly, professional, helpful, and clear in her communication.
This was my first visit. The staff made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. They took good care of my 9 week old boy. I called back to clarify and the front desk took a message and the veterinarian himself called me back. Everyone was very kind and so thoughtful with me being worried about my boy.Highly recommend this place!
They are always good with my cats, keeping both my boys healthy. I had some concerns with my younger cat’s weight and the doctor spent a good bit of time talking it over with me and giving me advice. Another thing I deeply respect about this clinic is that they are very transparent about costs and will only recommend something if it’s truly necessary. Knowing that builds the kind of trust you need to have to make good decisions for your pets.
The girls there was very polite, very caring for our cat (mellow) we trust them %100 with any of our furry kids!!!
I always get great care at country view. My family has sent many generations of pets here and we will continue.
They were all very communicative and helpful. My cat was a bit nervous and hissed at them, but they handled her with a lot of patience and care. Very good experience 5/5

Everyone is so welcoming and gentle, putting my Margie at ease. They were very thorough in diagnosing and recommending a course of action. I really appreciated the follow up call.
Dr Myers was genuinely concerned when I brought in a cat that ended up in my care. She listened to my concerns and also about the care that had been given to him the previous day. He’s a work in progress, and her compassion is unmatched.
Country View is the best vet our family has ever been to. The staff is impressive. They are caring and supportive. I can’t say enough. 100% recommended.
Reactive dog, but staff walked me in through side door, very helpful, staff were very good with both dog and me! Thank you so much!
Called on a Saturday with an issue with our Pitty they were able to squeeze us in quickly and get us out the door with a solution. They also followed up with a phone call to see if she was doing better the following Monday.
Everything was great and they were kind and courteous and friendly.
We took are boxer to country view veterinary clinic, he got along with everyone and didn’t seem to feel uncomfortable at all. It was a great experience.
The staff are friendly on the phone and in the office! Always helpful! Dr Fantom is wonderful. I love how interactive she is with my dog and gets on the floor with her to do the exam. I also had a great experience with Dr. Orr! My cat wasn’t eating and even though there was not a same day appointment I was able to drop her off and he examined and tested her in between appointments! Very much appreciated!
Excellent. The service was quick. They explained things well and were very thorough. They were gentle and the price was very affordable.
They were all very nice and helped my baby cakes get better…they all rock there and my new vet in the Champaign area…once again thank you all from bottom of my heart.
I’ve brought all 3 of my cats here at some point and all the vets and techs have been great. they’re all very nice and i appreciate that they go over what they’re gonna do and the price before preforming services.
The doctors are amazing, they took great care of my dog during her bladder surgery and she fully recovered and is doing great. When going back for checkups the staff always remembers my dog and are excited to see her which makes her love going to the vet, she runs right in to see everyone!
